Refer to the Parish Administration Ordinance 2008. There are two schedules to this ordinance. Majority of parishes operate under Schedule 1 which is administration of a parish based on its church or churches. Schedule 2 is the administration of a parish as a whole. Parishes that operate under schedule 2 would have received approval from their Regional Council. A list of parishes that operate under Schedule 2 of the ordinance is available on the SDS website.

Please note the form listed below is the return for the Annual General Meeting of Parishioners. If there are any vacancies throughout the year, please advise the Registry by letter advising who has resigned (with the date of their resignation), who was elected/appointed (with the date of their election/appointment) and their contact information (mailing address, telephone, fax and mobile numbers, and email address).

The Parish Financial Statments for 2011 (including the Statement of Insurances) was emailed to parishes by SDS on 28 September 2011. A copy of this circular can be downloaded from the SDS website.
