Refer to the Church Administration Ordinance 1990 and the Parishes (Special Administration) Ordinance 2004. You only need to refer to the Parishes (Special Administration) Ordinance if your parish has approval under this ordinance or is applying for the use of this ordinance.

Please note the form listed below is the return for the Annual Vestry Meeting or Annual Meeting. If there are any vacancies throughout the year, please advise the Registry by letter advising who has resigned (with the date of their resignation), who was elected/appointed (with the date of their election/appointment) and their contact information (mailing address, telephone, fax and mobile numbers, and email address).
